Head Coach Registration Deadline
     All Head Coach volunteer registration and background check forms must be submitted by February 22nd.

     Teams & Coaches Confirmed at the conclusion of Head Coach Interviews

Protect Deadline
     3/4 and 5/6 Divisions - Thursday, February 27th, at 11:59 pm
     7/8, 9/10, and 11/12 Divisions - Friday, February 28th, at 11:59 pm

     Any player not yet registered by this time will not be eligible for a coach to protect.

Spring Player Evaluation
     Dates: Saturday, February 29th
     Location: Todd Lane Park (Directions)
     Times:
                 - Early check-in will begin at 9:30 am
                 - Evaluations will begin at 10:00 am
                 - Check-ins will end at 12:00 pm
                 - Evaluations will end when the last checked-in player has been evaluated

Draft Day (Head Coach and 1 Assistant Only)
     Dates: Sunday, March 1st
     Location: Smyrna Outdoor Activity Center (Directions)
     Times:
                 3/4 Div - 12:00 pm
                 * 9/10 Div - 12:15 pm
                 5/6 Div - 1:00 pm
                 7/8 Div - 2:15 pm
                 11/12 Div - 3:15 pm
     ** Please plan to be there 15 minutes before your draft time.
